Unlimited PTO, insurances are well subsidized, just added 401k match with hints at expansion (pre-COVID).
Pros: Unlimited PTO, Affordable Medical, Dental, and Vision, 401(k) match ($0.50 on the dollar up to $4k/year distributed on a quarterly basis), catered lunch twice a week, gym discounts available, 12 weeks parental leave, flexible work from home depending on position, optional benefits are affordable as well (identity protection, legal assistance), paid volunteer time off, partial cell phone reimbursements, ESPP, paid holidays. Cons: 401(k) match could be better, so could parental leave (especially in the tech industry). Austin office is no longer dog-friendly.
No benefits, i was a contacted employee.
Heath insurance is expensive
Best: unlimited vacation, profit sharing [new thing], equity Worst: sub-par parental leave [12 weeks], 401k match just happened from what I hear but wasn't available when I was there
Med, dental, vision, flexible time off, maternity/paternity leave
Great benefits - healthcare, flex time off, etc.
Major lack of benefits, only positive is free lunch twice a week
Great benefits and a fun company to work for with passionate employees.
One of the more attractive benefits at Medallia is an open vacation program. It allows employees to take vacation days as needed and not worry about hard limits on the number per year. Employees are expected to be responsible and clear any time off with their manager, but I've never heard of anyone having an issue scheduling the time off they wanted.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
