One of the more attractive benefits at Medallia is an open vacation program. It allows employees to take vacation days as needed and not worry about hard limits on the number per year. Employees are expected to be responsible and clear any time off with their manager, but I've never heard of anyone having an issue scheduling the time off they wanted.
Great medical, dental, vision, etc. Offers 401k, but no match. Free CalTrain pass. Free lunch, snacks, and drinks.
The facilities are very nice in San Mateo. Health insurance premiums get more expensive every year. Coverage is marginally competitive, definitely on the low end of the market. No 401K match.
Worst: No 401k match. No bus (or non-Caltrain options) Best: San Mateo office has a nice gym. "Unlimited" PTO. Breakfast & Lunch options. Friday happy hour. Caltrain GO Pass

Best: stock options, unlimited vacation (US); lots of food, coffee, drinks etc.; good health coverage options including vision and dental, onsite gym (San Mate US), CalTrain pass. Worst: no 401(k) match. (while I'd love that, I think the company is making a good decision).
