Benefits are great and reasonably priced. Enrolling is easy, most PCP are accepted. They also have dental and vision. As well as many wellness incentive programs.

Terrible! You have to be there for 5 year to be vested. Only match up to 2500/yr max! Medical is awful too

Terrible now that they've switched from Blue Cross to Multiplan. If you don't live in a populated area none of the doctors participate and my out of pocket costs are horrible. They billed it as a way to save money but obviously that wasn't for the employees. I'm getting used to it though...with each job the benies get worse and worse. I gave it two stars because at least they offer insurance and the dental and vision aren't bad.
The pay is not to industry standard for the experience of the staff. The medical and dental were good when I started, but they changed the plan and then I ended up hating it. The PTO is pathetic, barely two weeks for a salaried FTE employee who often worked extra hours. They don't match your contributions for the first year. Their benefits package is just another fine example of a company that does not truly care about its employees.

Health Insurance, dental, and vision are good. 401k option is excellent. Medcor offers a lot of extra add on options that are pretty decent.
wellness plan and things to do to get discount is annoying, not straight forward. have to do lame things like install a stupid dumb app which had web md article. decent benefits otherwise though
