Health insurance goes up and gets higher every year. Good vacation and sick time but not enough work from home options. Maternity leave is not too good for a breastfeeding company.
Great benefits all the way around!
Generous PTO time, however can sometimes be difficult to get time off. 401K/Roth IRA. Healthcare insurance. Bonus incentives
Best: Pension program Worst: No opportunity for equity
Health insurance coverage is pretty expensive. For a company that is built around a breastfeeding mother, company offers horrible maternity leave for their working Moms.
The best part of the benefit package is their 401k matching and family leave which includes maternity and paternity coverage.
Can't take it with you.
Perks were the bonus every month up to $300 or even $150. Cons 401k was difficult to set up, and nobody seemed to want to help you, and couldnt enroll in 401k until 21 years of age.
too much out of pocket expenses. tuition benefits are really bad, pension plan is not that good either. not sure if we will even get a bonus next year..not sure about next year based on how this year is going so far. I never get to take time off due to workload....haven't been able to take a few days off like I needed since last year... too much work- I lost vacation days last year--so did alot of others at this facility
I do not have information about the benefits package but others have said that the benefits are better than most and as a breastfeeding company really focus on father and mother needs when it comes to pregnancy Leave
