Benefits at Medfusion are pretty decent. There's medical, dental, vision, EAP, employer paid life/STD/LTD, and an HSA match. However, the company does not offer a 401(k) match and the family medical coverage is pretty expensive. The PTO is also pretty good, 4 weeks given upfront and 9 paid holidays.
No 401k match. Healthcare plan has high deductible and premium - one of the worst I've ever had. Vacation , PTO and sick time are all recorded the same - PTO so don't get sick! There a possibility for a bonus, but they try every 6 months or so to make it more and more unattainable bc they don't have the resources to pay it out.

No matching 401k is a drawback. Getting birthday off as a bonus was nice. At the time, you could not roll over more than 5 PTO days into the next calendar year.
