Eligible employees are entitled to paid Parental Leave following the birth, adoption, or foster care placement of a child.
• Primary Caregivers: up to 12 weeks of leave at base pay (less any STD Salary Continuation)
• Non-Primary Caregivers: up to four weeks of leave at base pay (less any STD Salary Continuation)
In addition to the period of paid Parental Leave, a Primary Caregiver may request up to 12 additional weeks of parental leave without pay, subject to company approval if such leave is in excess of leave permitted under the FMLA.
In addition to the above, Primary Caregivers may request, and may be granted, a flexible work-from-home arrangement (“FlexPlace”) for up to three months following Parental Leave. This will assist Primary Caregivers in settling back into work while balancing a new and/or growing family.
