Very good medical plan, non matching 401k
Benefits are poor here. Health benefits were recently improved some, but are still not very good. 401k is a joke (no matching, so you're basically just putting your own money in a jar), and vacation/PTO is probably the lowest in the industry. You have to work a ton of hours to get even a few hours of PTO. Pay is decent here, but it's totally offset by the poor benefits.
The benefit packages are too expensive it's almost as if they don't want you to have health insurance there is no options to add a spouse and to insure your dependants some were asked to pay $500 per child
I have not worked here long enough, and probably wont, to recive benefits
Unaffordable health insurance, no suppl insurances of any kind, no uniform allowances, no yearly pay increases OR raises, no retirement, almost unusable PTO, few 'increase in pay' holidays, no educational reimbursement
Benefits cost entirely to much you are pretty much working to pay for health insurance, the more you work the more they take
Sick leave and vacation is the same, Health, Dental is based on a percentage of your gross income
there are no benefits, health insurance is extremely too high
10% of income, $8000 deductible, AWFUL.
They do not offer anything to anyone but to the owners
