I have to pay $772 + 10% of my income each month for medical insurance that doesn't cover ANYTHING until the $8000 deductible has been met. This is solely for me and my kids as the company doesn't believe in including spouses. I work a minimum of 72hr a week but most of my paychecks are seldom over $500. I am employed full time but still have to sign my kids up for free lunch at school. This isn't employment, it's slavery.

They give 1.2 hours of PTO per pay period, but won't give it to you when you apply to use it. Health insurance is 9.5% of your gross income, and to add your family is an extra $700/month. The salary itself barely covers the cost of health insurance.

The vacation time is 36 hours per year. If you work 24 hour shifts you can't even take 2 days off.
