They have the typical benefits package. They have a high deductible plan in which they pay 80% of for a single person or 60% for a family. Still pretty expensive. The other health plan is a higher premium but lower deductible which they will contribute the same to but you pay the rest out of pocket. They do have an incentive program with Florida Blue to offset the high deductible. They have FSA, HSA and HRAs as well. They offer vision and dental through MetLife. Aflac benefits, 401k through fidelity. Legal assistance, employee assistance, life insurance which they pay for and short term disability. There’s also a pretty decent employee discount through the skincare line onsite, the optical center, Plastic Surgery, the on site cafe and cafeteria, as well as at Office Depot, AT&T, Verizon, and sprint
The 401 K has a 10% match. Best in the county. Health insurance is standard
Benefits at the medical center clinic has been reduced immensely in the past few years. It is almost done affordable for employees who have low wages to pay for these benefits.
Benefits were good, the usual for any healthcare institution. Accrue PTO which can be cashed in after obtaining so many hours. Sick pay was in a separate "bank" which you lose if not used and it can not be cashed in.
In reviewing the benefits package at the Medical Center Clinics, the perks, health insurance, 401k, and time off were standard for the industry.
Best 401k in the area. Great match during the year and even better discretionary match at end of the year. Dental is not the greatest, but overall coverage for all health benefits is good.
