Best thing about the benefits package is more coverage with a low co pay.
The Medical Insurance is good, but the dental isnt.
The worst thing about the benefit package is that you cant get it for 3 months.
They provide all necessary benefits.
Best thing is the holiday package
PT aren't eligible for health insurance, PTO or matching 401k but can pay into 401k
Good benefits. Health, Dental, and Vision benefits available. Life Insurance, and 401K . Accrued sick days and vacation time. Benefits available after 60 days of employment.
Please do not believe the comments that state they have great medical benefits.... they are not affordable and the deductibles are high on the "affordable" plans they are so thrilled about offering... the plans cost more than a luxury car lease/payment....
Only thing good about it is the dental and vision. Health care package from this company is hopeless and ridiculous . Your better off getting the penalty for no insurance and they just signed off for women to have a fair maternity leave. Just !.
Health insurance is not very extensive in regards to coverage.
