“Fantastic for single, married, or family.”
“2 weeks vacation and 2 weeks sick, 2 personal days per year. Vacation and sick are accrued monthly so you are continually earning the time off, it just isn't an excessive amount of time.”
“In my group, you can possibly earn ONE work from home day per week after 2 years (recently reduced from 3 years). And there is no flexibility of when this day is, it would be a set day each week.”
-Excellent health insurance options: health, dental, and vision insurance; health insurance is BCBS -NO 401K option -Profit Sharing Trust after 2 years of employment -2 weeks vacation/year; accrued monthly -2 weeks sick time/year; accrued monthly -2 personal days/year -Travel stipend: $150 (pre-taxes, ~$95 after) just for getting on a plane each trip -Travel reward points are yours to keep for hotels and airlines -Work from Home available after certain amount of time, determined by your group (anywhere from 1-3 years)
Health insurance is quite good; you can have any test/imaging/surgery you can think of and you'll never see a bill. In recent years the cost has been increasing while management signals that it isn't sustainable. So be careful. No 401k, and the profit-sharing plan doesn't come close to substituting for one.
Great health insurance but pay and raises are low....much lower than industry standards. Used to tout longevity as something that was rewarded but recent changes to benefit structure say otherwise. Flexibility is the best part of working at MT.
Meditech covers 80% of their Blue Cross Blue Shields insurance for full time employee. Work from home, free coffee and sodas.
health benefits are pretty good, tuition reimbursement, vacation time not so great compared to other similar companies.
Best thing is that MEDITECH pays 85% of your health insurance. It goes through Blue Cross Blue Shield and there are options for Single or Family. They also have good Dental insurance, and an option for Vision. You start off with 2 weeks sick and vacation time, both of which are accrued with a 160 hour max. Once you hit this max you stop accruing. They just recently added 12 hours of Personal time which can be taken hourly.
Health insurance is great and so is dental and eye
Great benefits. Time rolls over into the next year - but there are maximum's. Work from home is an added bonus!
They have a fairly comprehensive benefits package, but lack a 401k, and instead offer a profit sharing plan. Health insurance has been going up, however. Annual cash bonus.
Great benefits package overall and management is pretty flexible about how it's used.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
