“Fantastic for single, married, or family.”
“2 weeks vacation and 2 weeks sick, 2 personal days per year. Vacation and sick are accrued monthly so you are continually earning the time off, it just isn't an excessive amount of time.”
“In my group, you can possibly earn ONE work from home day per week after 2 years (recently reduced from 3 years). And there is no flexibility of when this day is, it would be a set day each week.”
85% of the health insurance premium is covered $5250 yearly tuition reimbursement Yearly company picnic Guaranteed yearly salary review
Our Benefits are good. Telecommuting 2 days per week is the best one!
The benefits are second to none. Some of the costs recently went up for the first time but benefits are good. There is no decuctible
No sick pay. No PTO.
No 401k option. Very inexpensive
Meditech's one shining star was their insurance. They use BCBS for both health and dental. I didn't ever spend a dime when I went to an appointment, and I'm a self proclaimed hypochondriac -- so it was often.
401, no much vacation, inexpensive health insurance was a huge plus, subsidized cafeteria.
The company contributes 85% of the Insurance payment, employees only pay 15%.
The benefits package is very good. It is comprehensive.
Great Bene's- Health, Dental, Vacation. However they try to make up for the low salary and commissions with the Bene's. Do not get fooled
