“Fantastic for single, married, or family.”
“2 weeks vacation and 2 weeks sick, 2 personal days per year. Vacation and sick are accrued monthly so you are continually earning the time off, it just isn't an excessive amount of time.”
“In my group, you can possibly earn ONE work from home day per week after 2 years (recently reduced from 3 years). And there is no flexibility of when this day is, it would be a set day each week.”
Worst: Time off is posted as a number of days based on tenure - but upper management determination of that number is varied; leading to inconsistencies...
Best Health Insurance, employer pays 95% of monthly premium.
Great Health and Dental Insurance
Great benefits overall, although stock purchasing was on hold for most of my time there.
Meditech covers 90% for Health/Vision Insurance, but with low costs per pay period. Dental Insurance is separate but good coverage. Monthly pay period so initially it is difficult, but more beneficial in the long run.
Great health insurance. Great working from home.
The health insurance and dental plans are amazing. The company covers most of the costs, and the out of pocket cost is minimal. The coverage is also top tier!
There is nothing bad about their benefits package.
Meditech has great benefits. Employer pays majority of health insurance premium, and has great options for going part time for those with families.
