In my group, you can possibly earn ONE work from home day per week after 2 years (recently reduced from 3 years). And there is no flexibility of when this day is, it would be a set day each week.

Depends on what group you work in. Some groups are strict on telecommuting but in general you get 1 telecommute day after 2 years and some groups can get up to 2 days.
This depends on which group you were in, it is up to supervisor discretion. Some groups allow all week work from home, my group only allowed once a week, there ther are groups that are inbtween. Working from home is only available after the first year though, one of those milestones benifits you need to wait for.

Work from home is a great Benefit. Given to employees after at least 3 years of employment and based on performance. Work from home is offered up to two days a week on specific days but management is flexible if telecommuting needs to be done on a different day from time to time.

Can only work from home after 2/3 years depending on your group. Even if most of the people in your group work from home you still can't. This can result in you being one of the only people in the office on certain days of the week.
Very limited; can only do it in certain circumstances after 2 years of tenure, once a week maybe.
