Medline Benefit Plan
Good 401k match, fully vested, gym on site, cafeteria on site, commuter shuttles from nearby train stations and downtown Chicago.
Variety of packages and decent cost to employees.
It's really nice that they subsidize the food in the cafeteria and have a gym on campus. You get a crazy discount on all of the items they sell, which is nice.
The health benefits are extremely pricey and they are through UHC which has an office in the office building to help with any questions which are nice. PTO is very strict about when managers approve the time or not, its a competition to get it in around holidays because they only allow a certain amount of people to be off because technically they are still open. Since it's doesn't celebrate Christmas Eve, usually, they are open and working on that day, they only have off on Christmas Day and same for New Years. One of the reasons they do draw you in is because of their on site lunches in the cafeteria, great employee appreciation week and gym on site. Which plays into what will matter to you the most. You may have a heavy workload and they don't have a WFH policy at all unless you're a manager who has been there for forever, they can get by with anything. So they make up with that with these perks like an awesome gym or movable work stations.
Great customizable healthcare and dental.
401K, paid time off, dental/vision/medical etc..
Best - Beautiful corporate office. Worst - Slow to adopt work-from-home policy.
Good 401K March and commuter benefits.
All of their benefits suck
It's comprehensive with the standard offering - PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401K, FMLA, etc. Plus has other benefits like cafeteria, fitness center, transportation, tuition reimbursement, and more.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
