Not great. High deductible and doesn't really cover much.
They offer 4 different tiers for health insurance. If the high deductible plan is selected Medpace will contribute $250 to the HSA per year.
Health insurance is expensive for what is actually covered.
It's incredibly expensive for what is given in return. I feel bad for families with any illnesses.
If you have a spouse or children it gets outrageously pricey
Decent health insurance for singles, but expensive for familys
Aetna insurance costs a ton of money; burden on employee.
High costing health plans, dental coverage is also terrible if needed for services that are not basic or routine.
Variety of options available
It covers a lot of premiums and vision and dental are very affordable!
