generous PTO and helpful employee assistance program
Market level insurance, decent PTO, non-profit status assists with loan forgiveness programs
Its a good package, it just used to be better before the Medstar aquisition.
lowest pay within the medstar network but health benefits are fantastic
The best things about the benefits package is the health insurance and time off. You get many different choices of health insurance at a great price with low out of pocket costs. I also have gotten the most time off as compared to my friends who are working professionals.
No benefits for per diem. Parking remote and takes a long time to commute back/forth to assigned location. Feel very afraid to park in assigned parking deck next to Metro Stop. Scary.
The combo of salary and benefits (especially PTO) is very good. While private practice pays more base salary, the benefits of PTO and insurance, etc are a huge bonus.
Free Gym Membership, Free credit Union and Great Medical Vision and Dental
No benefits for part time staff
