401K match now is not as good as previous years.
Overall the benefits are good and have noticeably improved over my 7 years with the company. The most recent change was the family leave policy for paternity. I received 6 weeks with the option to extend to 8 weeks if my wife were on my health plan.

The benefits package compared to other companies is not as desirable. Employees are paying more for insurance premiums. 401k would be better if they would agree to match sooner than initially offered. The car allowance offer is not beneficial to employees. Having a company car is more reasonable due to the amount of driving and increase in monthly mileage. Mdt clearly benefits from the allowance offer vs the employee.
