health insurance is top notch, 401K is matched up to a certain amount & you start with 1 week of PTO and can earn up to 3 weeks by years end

Their 401(k) is strong with a 5% match. Their 4 week starting PTO package sounds better than it really is. It combines vacation and sick time and you have to use a few PTO days for the company shutdown between Christmas and New Year's Eve.

    1. 3 weeks vacation to start, 10 holidays, and additional week off at every 5 year work anniversary. 2. 6.5% company match on 401k, with tiered vesting. After one year the employee receives 20% of the company contributions, 2 years 40% and 3 years 100%. 3. Health insurance cost is very reasonable, a high deductible BCBS plan is approximately $60 per month

Great benefits package. Medical, Dental, Vision, Vacation, 401k, and paid leave have stayed competitive with medical device and healthcare industry standards. While tied to performance, how bonuses are calculated from year to year are variable.
