Salary employees: 20 days vacation for your first 4yrs. Then 25 days from year 5-14, then 30 days from year 14-24, then 35 days past year 25. Even from the start it is good. Keep in mind though that Medtronic has a shutdown similar to the automotive industry from Christmas Eve to New Years Day. From the 26th to the 30th you have to take PTO vacation days for that period. So 20 days really isn't 20 days since 3 to 4 of those days are automatically taken off. I bet everyone hates when Christmas Eve & Christmas Day (then NYE & New Years Day) fall on a Saturday & Sunday. The company probably has a loophole that states "That sucks but you have to count the 26th & 27th as the Christmas holidays & the 29th & 30th as New Years Holidays.
Starts at 20 days PTO, increases quickly. Anniversary bonus week awarded every 5 years.
Unlimited vacation, didn't take more than 3 weeks, but felt positive about the option.
This company like pay the overtime and sick and draw pay the sometimes 15 days off payments
Great if you are full time.
