    Health Insurance and 401k are the big ones. You'd think we'd have a deal with gyms since we're at them all the time.

    Insurance benefits were subpar, paid high premiums. Vacation plan is pretty much non-existence if you want to take more than 1 trip per year.

    Best: Company supported continued education, Lucrative Monthly bonus payments, Free Chiropractic care for my family and self, BCBS health etc, company culture that gives back to the community thru toy drives, mission trips, food drives.

    Absolutely nothing. This is the worst benefits package you'll ever find. Yes they "offer" PTO and insurance, but what they give you is completely useless.

    The insurance company/coverage could be better. Although, we also get free chiropractic care. Also paid time off accrues very slow for new employees. Some companies give a set amount like 1 week when hired but this company does not.

    BEST= FREE CHIROPRACTIC CARE!!!! Worst- Humana heath insurance that either has you running in circles trying to find a provider that will take you OR paying for most things out of pocket. If you have any expensive medical conditions this can be a nightmare.

    Free Chiropractic Care $10 Sam's Club memberships Company discounts with gym memberships and with cell phone retailers. Insurance coverage is good with copays and prescriptions but VERY expensive Zero match with 401K PTO accruement is very low. PTO & sick days are in the same category. If you feel ill, you must use a PTO day. No maternity leave - you must pay into FMLA
