Worst part is high medical insurance costs. Best part is yearly added 401k bonus.

Has plenty of benefits for employees. This includes 401k, 2 weeks of vacation a year (caps at twice the amount and becomes 3 weeks after 5 years of employment) + birthday day off you can use anytime + holiday shutdown, health insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
I would have like to have had an HSA. They have a incentive wellness program that creates some competitive teamwork.
