the health insurance cost is pretty expensive but i did really enjoy paid time off and the 401k plans they always let me take my vacations
Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 5% of your salary plus a 2% base contribution every year. Good parental leave policy for mothers and fathers.
They don't really care about you
401k, vacation after first year, health insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield, employee discount
No benefits were offered to part time employees. The full time employees seemed happy with their benefits however I do believe they had to pay for them.
There are a lot of different benefits with Meijer.
There is no incentive for anyone to work harder as there are no bonuses or merit based raises, the laziest person makes the same as the hardest working employee. Employee discount is only 10% and only for General Merchandise, not for Health and Beauty, Grocery or Pet Items. Topped out Full Time Employees get "Top Rate Adjustment", which is not a raise or a bonus and actually cheats the employee monetarily
Yeah, you get a discount, but it doesn't go toward food.
Company match 401k contributions
It was a terrible place to work
