    401K had a 4% match, vacation was fair if you negotiated it, 11 paid holidays, health insurance was expensive, no tuition assistance, no flex time or summer hours

    Only good if you get full-time which takes at least 6 months in DC. Takes a year to get a week of vacation, and 3 years to get just over two weeks. Each year you get a few more days of vacation up to 4 weeks at 15 years of seniority. 401k match is decent. They match 40% of what you put in (up to 5% of pay) plus 2% of your total pay at the end of each year so up to 4% pay match or 80% of what you put in. Health insurance is average (BCBS) but I believe it's cheaper if you are full time (vacation is better if you are full time as well) . 10% of General Merchandise only, no grocery except around Christmas time.

    I liked the employee discount. That was probably the only reason I wanted to work there because I go to meijer far too often. I didn’t look at the health insurance

    I did not get benefits I was hurt really bad on the job and no one helped me or believed me at all so I was taken off schedule

    The worst thing about their benefits was that starting out at a new company I was not to receive a raise, regardless of merit or promotion.
