No Bonus and limited holidays
Benefits are good for fulltime employees but so much money for parttime
Pay is very very low! Be aware! No on site parking.
If you live in the general area of their hospitals (about a 20m commute from Melrose) and can use their in house network plan you'll pay about half of what you'll pay if you live further out on a weekly basis. While this is pretty standard of healthcare organizations, it's something to consider when negotiating salary.
Great selection of benefits overall including 401K and PTO
comprehensive benefit package; health insurance not great unless you go to their facilities; not convenient if you don't live in that community; $500 deductible on health plan
Best thing is benefits, Worst is the constant change in offerings.
there are only two health plans to choose from. the cheapest is the Hallmark Advantage plan. Unfortunately you must have Hallmark Physicians in this plan. If you choose not to have Hallmark Physicians, the only other choice is Blue Cross which is much more expensive. The Hallmark Plan does not allow for out of network referrals.
good tuition reimbursement, horrible benefits package everything is very expensive and coverage is limited
Health insurance is great
