Our Benefits

At Meltwater, one of our highest priorities is addressing the health and welfare needs of our employees and their family members.

Many of these benefits are paid for in whole or in part by Meltwater. Other benefits are offered as voluntary options to be paid by you through the convenience of payroll deductions.

Employee Eligibility
Any active, regular, full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week will be eligible for all benefits effective on the first of the month following date of hire.

Dependent Eligibility
  • Your legal spouse or registered domestic partner; or
  • Your dependent children (including your step-child and legally adopted child) up to age 26; or
  • Any dependent child who reaches the age limit and is incapable of self-support because of a mental or physical disability.

EAP
The EAP is a resource and referral service designed to help you and your family with your personal, job or family situations. It is free, voluntary and strictly confidential.

Travel Medical
Travel medical coverage provides employees with coverage for medical expenses while traveling outside of their home country on business.

Identity Theft Protection
Identify theft victimizes almost 10 million American consumers each year. EuropAssistance USA helps protect you and your family from its consequences 24/7, at home and when you travel. In addition to prevention education, this service provides advice and help with administrative tasks resulting from identity theft.

Travel Assistance
If you have a medical emergency while you are more than 100 miles away from home, you don’t have to face it alone. With one simple phone call, you can be connected to EuropAssistance USA staff of medically trained, multilingual professionals, who can advise you in a medical emergency, 24/7.

Voluntary Life

  • Employee: up to the lesser of 5x salary or $500,000
  • Spouse/DP: up to 100% of the employee amount not to exceed $500,000
  • Child(ren): increments of $2,000, up to $10,000

Everything you'd expect. Generous PTO, holidays, tons of company sponsored events. Probably the most fun I've had at a company in terms of work/life balance. Fully paid for healthcare as well.
