Health Insurance you get a choice between Anthem and Kaiser, dental and vision insurance. Vacation and sick days are rolled into one PTO definition which is not the best in my opinion. In sales you are not allowed to work from home but other departments it is much more relaxed.

Great package especially for anyone coming to Meltwater for their first job. Very comprehensive plan that has you covered... even things like massages. Don't expect unlimited PTO when you first start. You accrue time as you continue in your career.
