“Fully paid for and I never had an issue with it”
“A day off on your Birthday”
“3-4 months paid maternity leave”
Good perks and health care options
Everything you'd expect. Generous PTO, holidays, tons of company sponsored events. Probably the most fun I've had at a company in terms of work/life balance. Fully paid for healthcare as well.
Not great benefits. Match is not competitive and they pressure you to never take a vacation day.
Benefits have improved - medical aid allowance, an additional day of leave on your birthday, and access to the calm app for improved mental health.
- 20+ days of Annual Leave - Extra day off on your birthday - Health insurance - Maternity/Paternity leave - Gym membership - Free lunch day
Health care is great. Vacation is also great but unlimited would also be great.
great benefits package and they always try to make it better. $200 for glasses every year, and flexible time off. company pays for classpass, calm, and a yearly wellness stipend.
The perks were meh at best
allowance for gym membership was something never entitled for us i ever worked for.
Best benefits on the market, with low or no cost.
