Changed benefits frequently from year to year However still maintained quality benefit packages compared to others in the community
Large tuition reimbursement, healthy spirit incentives using health/fitness goals to decrease medical insurance costs
I know they give have a fitness program that you participate in that reduces your insurance deductible or you win money. A good 401k program in place and you are considered fully vested after 3 years at the company. I haven't heard great things about the actual insurance itself, but if you go to MemoriaL and you have their insurance you can get discounts. I get paid more per hour by not using their insurance benefits though since I get them through my husband.
