Not really a lot of company perks. For the revenue cycle team, paid days off are provided if collection goals are met. The general benefits package is good - 401k with 6% match, 15 days off plus 2 personal days and one spiritual day, health insurance is a pain to deal with - aetna is very unresponsive and picky about the things they cover. Employee health clinic available for employees to seek basic treatment for things like colds, headaches, earaches. No real benefits for maternity leave or anything of that sort.
Good medical benefits are offered here with access to wonderful physicians.
lot's of doctors are within network.
Can only use memorial hermann hospitals for hospital stays
Good insurance, but only if you went to a Memorial Hermann provider (otherwise you were out of network).
