Great place to work, but company was and still is in the midst of an upheaval. Now it's Beacon Health. Many, many layoffs and people let go because of the relatively new Children's Hospital and Surgical Centers.

Very good benefits and fairly priced
As a non-union employee I earned around one day of PTO time per pay period, which I think is an incredible benefit.
If financial goals are meant the employee incentive program is funded. This also depends on the states reimbursement. Education reimbursement up to $2500 per year.During the bad economics times 3rd shirt differential was decreased from 12% to 10% and our 403b match was decreased from 6% to 4%. .
