Very good benefits offered for medical, vision, and dental. Very informational too. Other bonuses include some discounts, access to plum benefits, discounted tickets to games/shows, and free zoo days.
Offers more days off than most entry level positions and pays for employees' education.
the place has great benefits
Best thing about benefits is the healthcare, you're able to choose from many different plans/options. 403b plans, plumbenefits (cheap movie tickets, broadway, hotels, etc.). Worst would also be the deductible part of healthcare package, coming from someone who is not used to that.
Great benefits with good number of vacation days and time off.
the benefits are really good especially their time off, health plans and 401k
you get normal health insurance, i dont really like their plans as I've been having a hard time finding the right doctors within network but you habe choices
I've worked their two years and the vacation package is awesome. It possible to get 4 weeks or more per year for vacation. Its hard to find something to complain about.
Multiple insurance options to choose from
The Best (only pro): the health insurance! One of the best the worst: - Housing. The housing department works terrible! they don't reply emails. I live in Roosevelt Island (475 Main st). Poor maintenance of the building/apartments. Some of the doormans are very messy with the packages...they even put the wrong APT number once... - Salary, low salary to survive in NYC - There is no commute benefit anymore - Time off depends on your PI - No 401K......
