    The health insurance package was expensive.

    Lots of options are offered, but all at a hidden cost to the employee. For instance, the "paid sabbatical" pays only base pay rate; for commission-based managers you lose 30-40% of your typical pay to take it. "Paid holidays" are something they claim, but managers are forced to work 5+ days and 40+ hours during the weeks they receive this "benefit".
