StarStarStarStarStar Current Assistant Manager II in Brandon, Florida

You start earning vacation time from the first hour that you work, there's no having to be there for a year to get any or anything like that same with sick time. However, if you are in the sales aspect you do not get your commission incentive until you have hit your year mark so it is highly recommended that you wait till at least that long before taking one unless you just don't care about the money and just need the time off.

The best thing is that they offer a lot of paid benefit time, and they're very flexible with scheduling.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Assistant Manager in Portland, Oregon

Best thing is you get 2/3 weeks and after 5 years of service a month. Worst is you need to be sales for a fiscal year or you get a flat 40$'s for 8 hours of vacation (your hourly) instead of your average yearly commission+hourly.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Second Assistant Manager in Williston, Vermont

It can be difficult to take time off, due to the chaotic nature of Retail.
