Insurance pricing and raise amounts
Extremely limited time off especially for the amount of hours worked.
I'm part-time so I do not qualify for most benefits.
Part timers don’t get benefits other than an employee discount, which is limited to a certain percentage of the previous weeks earnings. So for instance if I wanted to buy a new grill, some big power tools, or a water heater and the total exceeded 80% of what I made the week before, I would not get a discount on all of it.
The health insurance is horrible.
