Not sure. But I think you have to pay decent amount for it
Not too expensive with a $750 annual cap.
At least they give you dental for part time
Barely covers the basics and it is only dental. My recommendation is to get the dental/vision combined from the Blue Cross Blue Shield website. It's roughly $40/month for my husband and I combined, and has super low co-pays. Shop around instead of getting it from Menards.
This I like. Around $1 a month with preemptive care paid for. So as long as you keep your teeth brushed and flossed, this is worth it.
Simple dental insurance, 80-20 and is accepted by MOST dental facilities. Free cleaning every 6 months. Major items are not covered (root canal), but minor things are (fillings).
i love it! its blue cross blue shield! pays 80% saves me thousands!!!
The dental insurance package is an all inclusive heath insurance package with full coverage on both sides
Was like a few dollars per month
there is no denatl insurance
