Mendix already had great benefits and then did a good job when they integrated with Siemens
Competitive pay and Siemens corporate benefits.
Typical small company benefits, and solid health benefits, however the PTO accrual, lack of separate sick time, and lackluster commuter reimbursements are detractors.
Great package that includes all the basics like health care, 401K and all other things that you would expect from a company that values its employees. On top of that, the company flies everyone to The Netherlands every year for company kick-off and many other perks that create a fantastic culture / work environment.
