Good 401(k) match, health insurance is okay. Time off is usually very flexible and relatively good with 20+ days (depending on how long you’re with the company). Employee lease program is very nice but expensive.

401k, fitness reimbursement, etc but biggest benefit is discounts employee lease or purchase program. Some perks at work including free drinks and snacks but they pale in comparison to what is offered at other tech companies.
