Great car lease options, standard benefits and good insurance. The lease program is unbelievable, other benefits are standard to above average and what you would expect from a large company that values its employees.
401k. Health Insurance options were meh. Dental and vision were standard. Employee purchase and lease discount on the cars. If you stayed 5 years, you got a pension which is amazing and practically unheard of nowadays. The cafeteria is great and heavily subsidized which is nice. If you were a manager or above, you got a free car. Otherwise, you were able to take one out for free on the weekends.
They are increasing the % you get get in your bonus
