The benefits are pretty good. There is an update to the vacation days available coming in 2024 where there are 25 vacation days. There is a 401(k) benefit with Fidelity that has a low expense ratio for managed Year-based retirement funds, sick days when needed, 10 holidays + 1 flex holiday, and 4 shutdown days. Also there is a pension and other benefits. Bereavement is up to 10 days per year. Medical, dental, and vision are reasonable. Some jobs require on-site work each day but some are 3 days/week on-site and the rest can be virtual.
Benefits are great. Only disadvantage is healthcare plan option is limited to 1 plan.
Excellent benefits and vacation time
Very generous package for health insurance, pension, increased time off starting in 2024 regardless of tenure and matching 401k
The company makes enough money to cover monthly copay
20 days PTO, year-end shutdown, 401k match, pension
