Vacation & Paid Time Off are competitive for the industry.

Excellent vacation benefits that are competitive.
Not eligible for contract workers.
Plenty of vacation pay. Last week of the year off and doesn't count against vacation. Additional day added every five years.
Starting, you get 2 weeks vacation, and at the start of the year (not your first year) you get 40 hours of personal time to use with how you want (half days, 1 hour, etc.)
Year-end shutdown is a good PTO
The best thing is also the worst.. Your time is for a 12 hr day so when you take your vacation it comes out as 10 days total for the entire year.
Depends on the time you have been hired but is very limited in the US based on years of employment. I find that it can be improved.
vacation accrues over lengthy employment and week between Christmas and New Year off now after acquiring Schoering Plough
