If you are part time, benefits doesn't mean anything. They are truly only available for full time employees and few if any full time positions are available due to the company converting all remaining full time positions to x2 part time positions

Mercy doctors were covered but still had a copay depending on what tier you used. Mercy doesn't have every specialist like ENT so you would need a referral plus have it approved before being seen or you paid full visit

In 2018, there are two choices: Mercy Plus and Choice. Both plans have large deductibles. The Choice plan is very expensive with very high deductibles. The Mercy Plus plan is more affordable but you are limited to Mercy Health physicians and facilities. Not all Mercy Health regions have a large enough physician network to take care of your family.

There are three different insurance plans and athe cost for all is reasonable. The premiums are taken directly from the pay.

Mercy offers a couple different health plans for different needs. Price is lower than most others in area. 80%/20% which is typical.
