For working in a hospital the benefits cost to the employees are high. They have a great paid time off program for all benefit employees.

Health insurance is costly and the co-pays are high. Otherwise the benefits package is satisfactory. Includes medical, dental, vacation, CTO, tuition reimbursement and retirement savings plan which it matches to a certain percentage.

While the PTO package was generous, there were times when I personally was not able to enjoy them, but that was due to the position I held.

The 2015 Benefit package is a little rough on the paycheck, but it beats a blank any day. The deductibles are pretty large if you're covering a family.
