    They will use your pto illegally and disregard any laws that say otherwise. They announced our strike as a vacation

    No sick days if you are an hourly employee, just using pto for it. Got really sick in January and couldn't accrue enough for a vacation in march

    All the "paid time off" was used to bring you up to your 40 hours or if you called off they used it. Or if you needed an appointment for you or your children then that was used to cover your day off. If you didn't have the eto then you were denied the time off

    you get three days for sick days after your 90 days then after a year you get a week paid vacation and 1 additional day for sick day added and that keeps going each year, so you get 1 day added each year for sick time. I'm not sure about how they add vacation days but you do get more for each year you work there. you can use sick days for vacation time or vice versa for more sick days. i do believe time rolls over to the next year, meaning you didn't use all you're sick/vacation days you don't lose them they just add up into the next year.
