“Earned PTO. Unpaid vacations ”
Mercy Hospital and Medical Center had good benefits for a community hospital. Reasonable in regards to cost, and I like the fact that sick time and PTO were separate.
It’s a lot of money oer month. But decent coverage.
Great health insurance and tuition
HMO not that great. THe network is really small.
Average Benefits, could be better.
Every thing is ard far as benifits the pay could be a lil better but hey u go do what u do and u leave
Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance, tuition reimbursement, 401K with matching, free parking, dental and vision plans, adoption assistance are a few of the benefits offered here.
Good health plan, since this is a hospital most basic immunizations are free. There is a 401k plan. On site is a small workout area which is free to employees. Unfortunately salary for non-medical staff is severely lacking there is no negotiation process, it's basically take it or leave it.
The best thing about working for Mercy Hospital and Medical Center is the "Family felt atmosphere", with free parking a close second.
403(b), medical and dental available
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
