“The best thing is there is no deductible unless you are admitted as inpatient .”
The best think about the benefits package is that the major medical is pretty reasonable as far as covering DME.
Pro: They give a LOT of PTO. However it includes, your holidays, vacation, sick days, etc. Also, they don't really fire anyone. Which can be a pro and con. Con: Management is a little iffy. They do not train new hires the same as the people who have been there for a while which is very frustrating.
Great benefits, copays only no deductibles. Cheaper premiums if you're full time
The cost and overall coverage, not many places accept the benefits and where you can go for medical care is very limited
Health insurance is pretty decent compared to other places, you do have to wait 2 months to be eligible for insurance though.
A little pricey for someone employed there. No real discounts for getting care on site.
The benefits there were pretty good. And had a great number of perks like discounts add a great deal of businesses around the area.
They match over the required minimum for 401K. The benefits are not bad IF you use Mercy. If you do not use mercy, prepare to pay.
Good health insurance, 401k is good match is middle to high level.
I wasn't offered a benefits package due to my being a per diem employee. During my orientation classes I learnd that they frequently hire at a per diem status to avoid paying benefits.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
