Employees hired into positions of at least 16 hours per pay period (8 hours per week) are eligible for Personal Annual Leave (PAL). Similar to PTO, this benefit provides scheduled time off with pay to be used for vacations, holidays, sick time, or personal reasons. PAL is accrued on hours paid. Accrual begins upon employment with eligibility to use the accrued PAL time the pay period after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period.

The paid time off there is pretty standard compared to all the other hospitals that I've heard about.
This is the only hospital I have worked at where you have to work a full 5 years (it goes by hours) before you get a paid time off increase. Also, managers automatically get extra time off.
I like the fact that your time off accrued by the amount of hours you worked.
