Benefits are typical for health care but pay is less.

Good benefits and medical plans

There were many good perks to the job but one of the best ones is that you get free lunch. You also can get free items/ movie tickets, and they throw a private party at six flags every couple of months

Everthing was fine . with all the benefits

Insurance starts as soon as you are hired and barely covers anything.

The health insurance is fairly cheap and is pretty decent. You get vacation pay/sick pay. 401K and Mercy matches a certain percentage of what you put in.

the best thing is the benefit package. It offers the ability to use the Mercy Care facility without cost. I had a surgery and everything was paid for due to the use of the hospital instead of using the out of network packet.

Allina promotes education and will pay tuition for approved classes. I turned in paperwork 1 time, ended up getting it back with more questions, and then a denial. It is worthwhile if continuing school, but not worth the effort to take individual classes.
