Meredith's benefits package doesn't serve families as well as you'd expect, given their brand and the audience they serve. While the benefits may be compliant with legislation, an organization like Meredith that touts such an understanding of families and Millennial women should lead the industry with parental leave that supports adoptive, same-sex and single-parent families.
Meredith offers a wide variety of benefits to meet the needs of a diverse group of employees. There are too many wellness requirements and they are invasive.
