recently started 2% match and they use the worst company for their plan. No help what so ever in choosing the best way to invest. heck no choices in investment at all.
No company contribution. This is not disclosed during interview process.
The typical 401k plan typically involves a certain monetary contribution, by the company, to an employee. That is not the case at Meridian Contracting-Engineering. Why call it a 401k? Why is that detail not mentioned, until AFTER a person leaves a stable company, in hopes of better opportunies for their family?
