They matched our 401K when we put in at least 6%. Insurance was comparable to everywhere else. I had a family plan and paid just over $100 biweekly for medical benefits premiums for myself, spouse, and kids.
They have 401k, insurance plans that include seeing a meridian dr at no copay, unless you have the HHS plan then you are subject to deductible.
Meridian offers PTO bank, 401k, dental, health, short/long term disability and vision plus bonus pay for exceeding productivity standard. It is basic and health care is expensive with high co pays and high deductibles and poor mental health benefits
Benefits are just ok for a company who’s mission is, “whole person health”
pay up to 1500 into HSA if elected for your healthcare.
They offer you something
The PTO is very limited compared to other companies. Health plans change every year.
Good benefits for the current working world. Medical, dental, eye, and 401K all available. Average vacation availability.
Health insurance, matching 401k, quarterly productivity bonuses, career development funds, mileage reimbursement, great pto.
