The benefit package is decent at MeridianLink. The number of vacation days per year is not very high though at 10 days per year (15 days per year after the first 5 years), but I suppose the pay makes up for it.
Pro: Free soda, coffee, and monthly lunch. Con: No 401K match, salary is not competitive, no flex time or the ability to work from home.
Multiple options for medical coverage. The HMO option is VERY affordable.
