Lots of options, good providers
The worst thing is that as of Sept. 2017, money was taken out of paychecks for 401ks and medical insurance that wasn't available. Currently waiting on at least 4 paychecks worth of paid medical insurance.

Paid time off is very generous after 5 years of service.Health insurance for a family has become increasingly expensive
Flex time and FSA are the most helpful. You don't start out with much vacation time, but you get an additional week added every five years which is nice if you are in for the long haul. Work from home is available to some, but not everyone; in some cases based on their type of position which makes sense, but it could be expanded more.
I can attest to the fact that there have been some changes over time, but overall I think the benefits provided are still well above average compared to what many other companies are currently offering. I also think it depends on what is really important to you personally. For me, the ability to flex my work schedule when needed is a huge bonus.
