Good benefit for the team, could definitely do better with the high deductible plan but the company does have HSA matching (rare these dates to see) to combat the cost.
Typical benefits of a large production home builder, which are AMAZING. Over 4 weeks off for vacation/holidays year one is remarkable and probably the most I have ever seen. Each year they tend to add/review and only get better with time, this really is an employer of choice!
PTO is only 3 weeks including sick leave, not excluding sick leave, which is not a lot for a company of its size. It is not competitive for the rest of the industry either. Healthcare is average, but more expensive than other builders I've worked for. The matching for the 401K is also very low for a company of its size.
