Health care can be a little pricey, but other benefits are great - 401K matching, PTO and paid holidays

The company offered great benefits along with a good starting pay. The only thing negative is they took away the bonuses for employees and only gave them to upper management.

Standard overage, low 401k match, very little PTO

their health insurance is a $3,000.00 deductible. No copays even when the deductible is met it is then 80/20. It will cost me $150.00 a month because I am a smoker. For nonsmokers it is 35.00 a month. I have had to pay more before for being a smoker but never this much. By the time I pay $150 per month and then $3,000 it is not worth it to me. Minus a major health problem this insurance will not benefit me at all.

The benefits package is comparable if not better than other employers I have been with. The employee discount is better than a previous homebuilder I have worked for.

Pretty standard. The insurance is average. Pretty basic package with nice options. The PTO could be a little better but comparative with what most builders are now doing.

It is great that they offer a benefits package - medical, dental and 401k - this is the first builder i have worked for so i am not sure if that is offered other places

Benefits are average. Each year they make the health insurance more costly, which is expect except that in 2018 they started charging you extra, over $100 each pay month or pay period, if you spouse was eligible for insurance or has insurance with another company. I am fine if they are taking the 2nd insurance but not if they aren't but they are just eligible.

They are good enough for my family.
