  • Health Insurance(10 comments)

Expensive; not competitive; such a hassle at the annual enrollment, and employees have to complete a health assessment/blood work. If you don't do it, then your premiums will be higher. So, you have to take time off to get blood work so you can have lower premiums. They do bring someone onsite to do the bloodwork, but if you miss it, you have to go to your own doctor to get it done.

  • 401K Plan(6 comments)

    Not the best 401k plan

  • Vacation & Paid Time Off(5 comments)

Typical Holiday days off. Only 1 float Day/ yr for "vacation". For every 40 hrs you work, you get only a few hrs added to PTO. Close to a month of work to get 1 full day of PTO hours.

Benefits are not great..expensive; 401K vesting is ridiculous. Not competitive.

Benefits offered are good but not great and could use a bump to stay competitive with other companies.

Former Intern in Charlotte, NC, North Carolina

As an intern you really don't get benefits. I guess there is the option to sign up for them but I would assume that most interns don't really need to go that route given that they are still dependents.

Benefits (health insurance, etc.) are okay. There are other large companies that offer better benefits without those high deductibles.
